Hop on a bus tour departing from Kødbyen towards Vestegnen and imagine what opera could have looked like today in an alternative universe.
As darkness descends on Glostrup Stadium, you can experience no less than five newly composed works. The music ranges from new composition music with 'Ensemble DissonArt' to jazz rock in international format with 'Johnny La Marama'. You can also see the Japanese dancer Ich Go and new music icon Rosemary Hardy alongside a giant brass band and a host of athletes in a 360-degree performance staging.
'Die Oper #3 - Die Outtakes' is the independent conclusion to NOVOFLOT's trilogy of opera outtakes. All the wild and spirited works that were thrown into the great wastepaper basket of performing arts history. Journalist Andrew Mellor wrote the following about Die Oper #2: "Restores your faith in outrageous, off-the-leash experimentation", and we promise more of the same with this operatic experience of surprises and colourful elements.
