Six young artists will have the chance to learn from one of the opera world's most inspiring sopranos when Swedish-Norwegian Marie Arnet hosts Vocal Masterclasses at Copenhagen Opera Festival. And as an audience member, you get to experience the beautiful tones and high ambitions.

A graduate of The Royal Academy of Music in London, Marie Arnet's soaring voice has earned her a busy international career, with leading roles in iconic operas by Mozart, Debussy and Richard Strauss as well as modern works. She shone as Susanna in 'The Marriage of Figaro' and in the challenging title role in Berg's 'Lulu', while in Denmark she has sung and will again sing the part of Sarah in Daníel Bjarnason’s 'Brothers'.

Now you can be a fly on the wall when Marie Arnet takes six local opera talents under her wing over two days. The artists will work on a selected aria under the personal guidance of the star soprano, before the program culminates in a thrilling Masterclass concert at the Red Square.
